Randy is amazing! Extremely helpful! He makes the concepts easy to understand to help you understand the test questions better. The class is long but so helpful and so worth it! After trying to pass my test and failing several times, I took his workshop and passed on my next try! Worth every hour and every penny!

Randy is a gift sent from the Gods above!! Seriously, he is the reason I passed my exams!!! The class is long. It’s 14 hours, but if you have the passion and grit, you can do it!! I know it’s crazy, but the time flew by!!! He is funny, charismatic, intelligent and engaging! He has a way of getting you to understand it in a creative way! Mortgages? NO DEED FOR YOU as the soup master would say from Seinfeld. This class is worth it. I’ve had multiple colleagues take it and recommend it. Can’t say enough about Randy and Randy’s Work shop!! After taking his course I FINALLY PASSED and it brought school exam up score up 13 point!! From a 66 to a 79. I then went on to pass my he state exam 1st try!!

Don’t wait- I took this workshop before even attempting the school/state exam. I took on a Friday, and passed my school exam that Tuesday, and the state exam on the first try that following Monday!thank you Randy! It’s a long day but try and stay focused and on the screen and interact with the workshop. Randy was a good teacher (better than the ones I had in my school days that’s forsure). And made tough material easier to comprehend, and be entertaining at the same time

My Real Estate Class met three full days a week for 3 1/2 weeks. As the last week approached I was wondering how the heck I was going to be able to pass the required tests. Fellow students who had taken Randy’s Workshop all had great things to say about it…I thought I’d give it a try. SO GLAD I DID! Randy provided the information in an easy to understand and remember way, AND he did it in an entertaining way. I’m not going to lie…it was a very long day, but in the end Randy and his Workshop gave me the information and the understanding I needed to pass both the school test and the State Exam on the 1st try. A great guide. Randy is very interactive during the workshop and makes sure to cover literally everything. Expect a packet of notes (Your bible). These notes don’t go over anything except the test material. You won’t spend time doing things you won’t be tested on. Every word he says is a possible test question. He doesn’t go off a script. He knows his sh*t to put it bluntly. I obviously passed my school and state exam and I couldn’t have done it it without him and without his notes.

Randy is an excellent teacher. In no other setting could I sit for 14 hours and learn about anything but randy keeps you engaged and gives practical knowledge and helps you understand concepts. Without this class I would have not been able to pass the test. I added 13 percent to my classes exam in just one day. Like others before me, I did the workshop on Saturday passed the class on Monday and the state on Tuesday. The information is in your head randy just organizes it for you so that you can make sense of it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in class. It should be mandatory! Thanks Randy. I recently took Randy’s workshop. I can confidently say, without a shadow of a doubt, I never would have passed if it was not for Randy’s workshop. He is able to adjust his teaching style to all and makes the learning environment a safe one where you will not be afraid to ask questions. I CANNOT stress this enough, if you think you are ready to test, invest in yourself and take the workshop prior! There is so much more *the school will NOT teach you* that you will need to know! If you know anyone going for their license, help them succeed by taking this course. Best money I have spent in years!!!

I failed every single practice exam in the textbook I was using leading up to my school test, except for the classes I had the pleasure of learning from Randy. I passed the test in flying colors after Randy’s review workshop and haven’t looked back since. Some of my classmates are still trying to pass and Randy’s workshop has been the reason I did so well. Nobody else in the world I would rather learn from than Randy… he is enthusiastic, genuine, patient, and incredibly knowledgable.
